Built on hard work. Driven by passion. Committed to every detail.
Lakhan Construction Ltd. was established in 2016 with a simple goal: to build quality projects while earning the trust of every client we work with.
Since then, we have grown through hands-on experience, word-of-mouth referrals, and a commitment to doing the job right. We work on residential construction, custom homes, renovations, additions, concrete work, framing, and other construction projects throughout the Greater Vancouver area.
Whether it is a small renovation or a complete new home, we approach every project with the same level of care and attention. We believe good construction starts with clear communication, careful planning, quality workmanship, and keeping our clients informed throughout the process.
At Lakhan Construction, we work closely with our clients from the initial conversation through construction and final completion. Our goal is simple: deliver a finished project that is built properly, completed with care, and something our clients can be proud of.
Since 2016, we have been building more than homes — we have been building lasting relationships with our clients.
Satpal Lakhan founded Lakhan Construction Ltd. in 2016, bringing more than 16 years of hands-on construction experience to every project.
From custom homes and renovations to framing, concrete work, additions, and garages, Satpal has built his experience by being directly involved in the work and understanding what it takes to deliver a project properly.
He believes construction is about more than simply completing a job — it is about clear communication, quality workmanship, and making sure the client is confident throughout the process.
Today, Satpal remains personally involved with his clients, meeting them at their project locations, understanding their needs, and helping guide their projects from the initial conversation through completion.
“Build it right. Communicate clearly. Take pride in the finished work.”
